Snuggle Wuggle Sonic Glitch Disrupts Cuddle Chorus

pfsw fireworksLate last pinkshift, during rehearsal in the Echo Hollow Amphitheater, the Snuggle Wuggles encountered a rare sonic glitch while tuning their plush-tones to the high fluffscale register.

Witnesses reported a ripple of chromafuzz that shimmered from blush-peach to mauvelight, vibrating through the reeds and tickling the third fold of every listener’s earfluff. The resulting soundwave caused several cuddleclouds to disband and at least one elder slipper to bounce involuntarily.

Lead harmonicist Pleefo Twip described it as “a microwarp in the snugglefield grid,” possibly triggered by static discharge from an overcharged sock harp. The Wuggles immediately paused to recalibrate their humglands and applied layers of fuzz-dampening balm.

Despite the interruption, TFDs say the rehearsal resumed with even warmer undertones and added a new tone — dubbed flurble-pink — to their repertoire.

Safety weavers are now conducting tests in the Snuggle Lab to prevent future fluffwave interference. All attendees are reminded to keep slipper antennae relaxed and to avoid over-fluffing during performances.
